Artist Story

Chasing the Light

Chasing the Light - was created to represent the courage to keep moving forward, even when the destination is still far away.

The flowing terracotta and burnt-orange layers symbolize the different stages of life's journey — some calm, some challenging, but always moving forward. The warm ivory horizon brings a feeling of openness and new beginnings, while the rising sun represents **hope, opportunity and a brighter tomorrow**.

The birds travelling toward the light symbolize **freedom, ambition and the courage to explore a new path**.

Champagne-gold passages weave through the landscape like moments of opportunity appearing along the journey. Selected gold areas are designed for **real hand-applied crystal details**, allowing the finished artwork to catch the light and physically bring the idea of *Chasing the Light* to life.

**Mood:** Warm · Hopeful · Confident · Uplifting
**Meaning:** *Whatever road you are travelling, keep moving toward the light.*
